• Installing contractor
• Original order number and date of manufacture.
• The original order number can usually be found in the following areas:
  
  Windows: In the upper portion or header of the inside top of the main frame, which is accessible by lowering the upper sash on double hungs; or by sliding the left outside sash aside and looking up into the header.
  Doors: On the top edge of the operable door panel.
